By means of the bail application the applicant has prayed to be enlarged on bail in Case Crime No.152 of 2024 at Police Station-Rura, District-Kanpur Dehat under Sections 302, 336, 325, 34 IPC. The applicant is in jail since 29.07.2024. The bail application of the applicant was rejected by the learned trial court on 06.12.2024. The following arguments made by Shri Sushil Shukla, learned counsel and Shri Aditya Prakash, learned counsel on behalf of the applicant, which could not be satisfactorily refuted by Shri Paritosh Kumar Malviya, learned AGA-I from the record, entitle the applicant for grant of bail: 1. The FIR arises out of a dispute between the parties over flow of drain water. 2. The applicant is a married lady who ordinarily resides in her marital house. 3. The applicant has been falsely nominated only to bring the women folk of the family into disrepute.
