The first bail application of applicant was rejected by a reasoned order dated 21.03.2023 and for reference, relevant paragraph thereof is mentioned hereinafter :- "9. In the preset case, co-accused with the help of his paramour (applicant) in order to give their love a life has taken life of deceased (husband of applicant) away in a planned manner. The evidence though is circumstancial in nature, however, circumstances such as motive, that applicant was in love with co-accused, her absence from the place of crime, confessional statement of co-accused, recovery of weapon on the pointing out of co-accused which corroborates antemortem injury found on the neck of dead body during postmortem as well as that applicant has actively participate with co-accused in commission of crime i
