Counsel for the applicant submits that as yet only three prosecution witnesses out of 21 have been examined before the trial court. Trial will take time to conclude. The applicant is in jail since 09.07.2022 and has no previous criminal history to his credit. On the other hand learned A.G.A has opposed the prayer for bail.
