The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 180 of 2024, under Section 103(1) BNS, Police Station- Nagar, District- Basti, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3. FIR of the present case was lodged against applicant and one another on 30.08.2024 and according to FIR, on 29.08.2024 at about 6:00 p.m. in the evening applicant and co-accused has taken the father of the informant from his house and thereafter he did not return and next day, in the morning his dead body was found. 4.
