PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The applicant and 4-5 unknown persons were found involved in some indecent act and shouting in the marriage procession in front of the house of the informant on 03.07.2024 at about 10:30 p.m. 5. On being asked by the deceased person Sonu to refrain from doing so, the applicant is stated to have stabbed him with knife, thereby causing his death. 6.
