FIR of the present case was lodged on 17.07.2024 against applicant and according to the FIR on 16.07.2024 at 10.30 PM in the night father of the informant consumed liquor due to applicant and thereafter he pushed his father with intention to commit his murder and due to fall father of the informant died. 4.
