Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 316 of 2024, U/S 302, 328 IPC, Police Station Nijamabad, District Azamgarh, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The marriage of the applicant with the deceased person was solemnized 15 years before her death and she had four offsprings out of the said wedlock. 5. The applicant, who happens to be the husband of the deceased person, and other family members are stated to have subjected the sister of the informant to cruelty for a demand of dowry and are stated to have forcibly administered some poisonous material to her.
