There is allegation against the applicant of committing the murder of two women. Counsel for the applicant submits that the two women were employed as labourers in cold storage where the applicant was working as contractor. The only evidence against him given by another contractor is that applicant was seen talking to women, who later died, prior to the incident. He has submitted that in F.I.R no one was named. It is a case of false implication of the applicant by another contractor of the same cold storage. The applicant is in jail since 10.07.2023 and has no criminal history to his credit. On the other hand learned A.G.A has opposed the prayer for bail.
