Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned Additional Government Advocate representing the State 2. The instant bail application under Section 483 of B.N.S. has been filed on behalf of the applicant with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 245 of 2024, under Sections 64(2) F, 64(2) M B.N.S.S., Police Station- Sajeti, District- Kanpur Nagar during the pendency of trial. 3. As per the prosecution case in brief, victim lodged an F.I.R. on 21.08.2024 with regard to incident which is alleged to have taken on 04.01.2024 against Rakesh Sharma (husband), Rajesh Sharma- applicant/dewar (brother-in-law), Ramchandra Sharma (brother-in- law), Seeta (sister-in-law), Smt. Nirmala (mother-in-law) and Rajendra (father-in-law) making allegation inter alia that her marriage solemnized with co-accused Rakesh Sharma`but after few months of her marriage, her in-laws started making demand of Rs.50,000/-
