Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 169 of 2024, U/S 103(1), 238 B.N.S., Police Station Kirawali, District Agra, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The brother of the informant Vinod, aged about 21 years, had gone somewhere from his house on 10.7.2024 at about 7.00 pm, as such, father of the informant had instituted a missing report at the police station. On 11.7.2024, the dead body of the brother of the informant was recovered from the corn field in leather park at about 6.00 pm. 5. It is alleged in the FIR that the applicant alongwith the co- accused persons BP @ Rohit Kumar, Guddu @ Bhutan and Jitendra Singh have committed the said murder and have
