The informant claimed himself to be eye-witness of the incident. Counsel for the applicant has filed the statement of P.W.-1 recorded by the trial court by means of supplementary affidavit today. From the statement of P.W.-1, it appears that he was not present on the scene of incident and he came subsequently. Therefore, learned counsel for the applicant also submits that the prosecution case is doubtful. Even otherwise the applicant is in jail since 21.07.2020 and has no criminal history to his credit. Statements of only P.W.-1, P.W.-2 and P.W.-3 have only been recorded before the trial court. Trial will take time to conclude. On the other hand learned A.G.A has opposed the prayer for bail.
