This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Aryan, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 403 of 2024, under Sections 191 (2), 191 (3), 190 and 109 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and 9(1)(ka), 25(2), 27 Arms Act, Police Station Partapur, District Meerut. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 23.10.2024. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that it is a case of no injury. Even the applicant has not been assigned any specific role of firing.
