By means of this bail application the applicant has prayed to be enlarged on bail in Case Crime No. 212 of 2024 at Police Station Bansgaon District Gorakhpur under Sections 147, 34, 148, 302, 452, 504, 506 I.P.C. The applicant is in jail since 25.04.2024. The bail application of the applicant was rejected by the learned trial court on 22.05.2024. The following arguments made by Shri Rajeev Kumar Singh, learned counsel on behalf of the applicant, which could not be satisfactorily refuted by Shri Paritosh Kumar Malviya, learned AGA-I from the record, entitle the applicant for grant of bail: 1. The incident occurred on 21.04.2024 at 12:00 AM. 2. The FIR was lodged on 22.04.2024 at 6:22 PM. 3. The delay in lodgement of the FIR in the facts and circumstances of the case is fatal to the prosecution case. 4. A vague and general role has been assigned to the applicant in the F
