The present bail application has been filed by accused-applicant seeking bail in Case Crime No. 193 of 2024, under Sections 333, 352, 351(3), 109 B.N.S. and under Sections 3/4 of Explosive Act, P.S. Karari, District Kaushambi. In the prosecution case it is alleged that informant who is by profession an advocate through phone has come to know that on 08.08.2024 at about 12:45 Kaif son of Wazid Ansari and Achhe son of Subban entered into the house of the informant and attacked with knife due to which his father has sustained injuries on head and other parts of the body.
