This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Asim, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 544 of 2024, under Sections 109, 317(2), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 3/25/27 Arms Act, Police Station Garhmukteswar, District Hapur.
