This is fourth bail application of the applicant. Earlier bail applications were rejected by the coordinate Benches of this court on 22.07.2024, 17.05.2023 and 18.12.2019 which are not available now. Counsel for the applicant submits that nine prosecution witnesses have been examined and one witness is yet to be examined. Thereafter, the case shall be fixed for recording the statement of accused person under Section 313 Cr.P.C and defence evidence, if any. The applicant is in jail since 29.10.2017. The trial will take time to conclude. Learned A.G.A points out that the applicant has criminal history of three cases to his credit. On the other hand learned A.G.A has opposed the prayer for bail.
