By means of the bail application the applicant has prayed to be enlarged on bail in Case Crime No.83 of 2024 at Police Station-Buxa, District-Jaunpur under Sections 302, 201 IPC. The applicant is in jail since 31.03.2024. The bail application of the applicant was rejected by the learned trial court on 11.10.2024. The applicant is the husband of the deceased. He has been identified as the principal offender who committed the murder. The deceased died by strangulation. The post mortem report corroborates the prosecution case. The offence is grave.
