The informant had instituted the FIR stating that his brother was shot dead by the applicant alongwith other co-accused persons, namely, Amit Sharma and Priyanka, on 19.7.2024 at about 05:00 a.m. The informant is stated to have seen the incident alongwith his nephew Ashwani Upadhyay.
