The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 520 of 2024, under Sections 103(I) BNS, Police Station Kanth, District Shahjahanpur, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3. FIR of the present case was lodged on 1.10.2024 against co- accused Aram and Sanjesh and as per FIR nominated co-accused persons earlier threatened the deceased and therefore, it appears they have committed his murder. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that applicant was not named in the FIR but during investigation he has been made accused in the present matter. 5.
