The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant with the prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.181 of 2023, under Sections 147 and 302 IPC, Police Station Auraiya, District Auraiya during pendency of the trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that on the basis of false allegation applicant has been made accused in the present matter along with eight others including co-accused Ravindra Singh and co-accused Ravindra Singh has been released on bail by this Court with a very reasoned and detailed order and his bail order has been annexed
