Heard Sri Anurag Shrivastava, learned counsel for applicant and Sri Deepak Kumar Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State. 3. The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No.282 of 2024, under Sections 408, 302, 201, 34, 411 IPC and 3/25/27 Arms Act, Police Station Katghar, District Moradabad with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 4. As per prosecution story, the informant had instituted the FIR on 08.06.2024 at 02:36 a.m. stating that the deceased person had left the shop on 04.06.2024 at 8:40 a.m. alongwith jewellery and heavy amount of cash and his phone was switched off, as such, could not be contacted. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that the FIR is delayed by about four days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. The applicant is not named in the FIR.
