It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused person Komal Mishra @ Aditya has already been enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 25.10.2024 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.36712 of 2024. There is criminal history of three cases assigned to the applicant.
