The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 437 of 2024, under Section 103(1) BNS, Police Station- Tirwa, District- Kannauj, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3. FIR of the present case was lodged on 01.10.2024 against applicant and his wife and according to FIR, sons of the informant informed her that on 29.09.2024 in the evening at about 8:00 p.m. applicant and co-accused Meera have taken the father-in-law of the informant on the motorcycle but thereafter he did not return and on 01.10.2024 his dead body was found. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that applicant is the son of the deceased and on the basis of false allegation, applicant has been made accused in the present matter.
