The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Complaint Case No. 8956 of 2016, under Sections 302, 364, 201 IPC, Police Station- Moosa Jhag, District- Budaun, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that in the year 2005, brother of the informant had gone somewhere and after two years i.e. in the year 2007, a FIR was lodged against the applicant and others with the allegation that in the year 2005, brother of the informant had gone along with applicant but after investigation, involvement of the applicant and others were found false and in the year 2007, final report was submitted but after that when protest petition was filed by the informant then court concerned treated the protest petition as a
