The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 181 of 2023, under Sections 147, 302 IPC, Police Station- Auraiya, District- Auraiya, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3. FIR of the present case was lodged on 21.02.2023 against applicant and eight others and according to FIR, on 20.02.2023 at about 7:50 p.m. in the evening, applicant and others committed the murder of father of the informant by causing fire arm injury to him.
