Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 2. The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Ameer Hasan, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 111 of 2024, under Sections 3(1) of U.P. Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station- Raipur, District- Sonbhadra, during pendency of trial. 3. It is argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is next submitted that according to the gang chart, the applicant is said to have been involved in only one criminal case, namely Case Crime No. 111 of 2023 u/s 3/5A/8 of U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act and Section 11 of Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, P.S.- Raipur, District- Sonbhadra in which the applicant has already been enlarged on bail by th
