The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Rohit Mali, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 413 of 2024, registered under Sections 8/20 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, Police Station- Mughal Sarai, District- Chandauli, during pendency of trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is next submitted that according to prosecution case, 6 kg of illicit ganja was recovered from the possession of the applicant which does not come under the commercial quantity. It is also submitted that the mandatory provisions contained in Section 42, 43, 48, 50 and 51 of NDPS Act were not complied with while making the alleged search and recovery. In case of
