The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Danish Alias Landi, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 647 of 2024, registered under Sections 4/25 of Arms Act, Police Station- Hapur Nagar, District- Hapur, during pendency of trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is next submitted that no incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of the applicant. The applicant is languishing in jail since 28.09.2024.
