FIR of the present case was lodged on 09.04.2024 under Sections 306, 201 IPC against applicant and others and according to the FIR daughter of the informant aged about 18 years wanted to perform marriage with the applicant and she on 26.03.2024 left her paternal home to live with the applicant and when applicant refused to perform marriage with her then on 26.03.2024 she committed suicide. 4.
