There are allegations against the applicant that he committed murder of the deceased, who was husband of co-accused, Komal because of illicit relation of co-accused, Komal. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that it is a case of false implication. The police has not found any role in the incident, her name has been exonerated. Therefore, prosecution story as alleged against the applicant is false. In case he had relation-ship with Komal as to why Investigating Officer exonerated the name of co-accused, Komal. Applicant is in jail since 16.11.2022. Learned AGA has opposed the prayer for bail but could not dispute the above submissions.
