The instant bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been filed on behalf of the applicant with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.608 of 2024, under Sections 376(2)(n), 323, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station Ramgarhtaal, District Gorakhpur, during the pendency of trial. 3. As per the prosecution case, in brief, victim herself lodged F.I.R. on 16.10.2024 for the alleged offence under Sections 376(2)(n), 313, 323, 504, 506 IPC against the applicant Ramgopal Yadav alleging inter alia that on 22.09.2022, she had gone to Sadar Hospital for her treatment where the applicant met her and both are become friend and after some time, the friendship has been converted into love affairs.
