The present bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been filed on behalf of applicant Udaybhan Singh, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 193 of 2024, under Section 2(B)(ii)/3 of Uttar Pradesh Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, registered at Police Station -Khukhundu, District Deoria, during pendency of the trial. 3. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. In gang-chart annexed as Annexure No. 2, only one case has been shown against the applicant bearing Case Crime No. 303 of 2023, u/s 08/20 of N.D.P.S. Act and Section 473 of I.P.C. P.S. Khukhundu, District Deoria wherein applicant is on bai
