Heard Shri Sunil Vashisth, learned counsel on behalf of the applicant and the learned AGA for the State. By means of this bail application the applicant has prayed to be enlarged on bail in Case Crime No. 1 of 2024 at Police Station Modi Nagar District Ghaziabad under Sections 323, 504, 302, 34, 427 IPC. The applicant is in jail since 02.01.2024. The first bail application of the applicant was rejected by this Court on 16.07.2024. Trial is on foot. All the eye witnesses are yet to be examined. At this stage, no fresh ground for bail is made out. Without going into the merits of the case, the bail application is dismissed. Since a direction for expediting the trial has already been made in the first bail application of the applicant no further direction is required.
