FIR of the present case was lodged on 20.6.2024 against three named (non-applicant) and three unknown person and according to the FIR on 18.06.2024 about 5:00 p.m. in the evening nominated accused persons along with their three unknown associates has taken the son of the informant on E-rickshaw and thereafter, made assault upon him due to which he died. 4.
