Supplementary affidavit filed by learned counsel for the applicant is taken on record. 2. Heard Sri Mohit Singh, learned counsel for the applicant as well as Sri R.M. Yadav, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 244 of 2024, U/S 302, 364, 201/34 IPC, Police Station Dataganj, District Budaun, during the pendency of trial. 4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused person, Babloo, has already been enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 23.11.2024 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 41828 of 2024. The only point of difference is that wife of the deceased had talks with the informant and has stated that the applicant and the co-accused person Babloo were with the deceased person. 5. Learned counsel has next stated that the allegations are vague an
