The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 209 of 2022, under Sections 363, 302, 201, 377 IPC and 5/6 POCSO Act, Police Station Bilhaur, District Kanpur, during pendency of the trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that this is the second bail application filed on behalf of the applicant and his first bail application has already been dismissed by this court on merit vide order dated 6.7.2023 after considering the fact that on the pointing out of the applicant from his room dead body (skeleton) of the deceased was recovered after digging the floor but he is pressing the instant second bail application on the ground that for identification of th
