Ms. Aarushi Khare, learned counsel for the applicant submitted that however, certified copy of the FIR has been annexed along with the instant bail application but it appears that inadvertently due to mistake, an exemption application has been filed and, therefore, exemption application filed by applicant may be dismissed as not pressed. 2. Learned AGA is having no objection. 3. In view of the above, exemption application filed by applicant with regard to certified copy of the FIR stands dismissed as not pressed. 4. Heard Ms. Aarushi Khare, learned counsel for the applicant appointed by High Court Legal Services assisted by Sri Ishan Khare, learned Advocate and Sri Rajeev Dhar Dwivedi, learned AGA for the State-respondent. 5. The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 0136 of 2023, under Sections 302, 457, 380, 411, 404 IPC, Police Station- Kalwari, District- Basti, dur
