Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State as well as perused the record. 2. By means of this application, the applicant is seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No.258 of 2024, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 201 IPC, Police Station- Katghar, District- Moradabad. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The applicant is in jail since 19.5.2024. It is further contended that similarly placed co-accused, person, Mohit Kumar Yadav has already been granted bail by this Court vide orders dated 23.11.2024 in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.37828 of 2024, therefore, the applicant is also entitled for bail on the ground of parity. 4.
