By means of the bail application the applicant has prayed to be enlarged on bail in Case Crime No. 288 of 2024 at Police Station- Loni Border, District- Ghaziabad under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 307, 341, 324, 120B I.P.C. The applicant is in jail since 07.06.2024. The bail application of the applicant was rejected by the learned trial court on 16.12.2024. The following arguments made by Sri Deepak Rana, learned counsel on behalf of the applicant, which could not be satisfactorily refuted by Sri Suchit Tandon, learned AGA from the record, entitle the applicant for grant of bail: 1. A vague and general role has been assigned to the applicant in the FIR. 2. The applicant is not related to the parties and had no motive to commit the offence. 3. The applicant has been nominated at the instigation of interested parties in the village. 4. No incriminating article has been recovered from the app
