This bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Bhajju, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 0128 of 2024, under Sections 323, 307, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/5/25/27 Arms Act, Police Station- Jani, District- Meerut. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 30.05.2024. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that no specific role has been assigned to the applicant. Only general allegations have been levelled against the applicant. Injuries sustained by the injured are on non-vital part of the body. There is no independent witness of the allege
