Ojha, learned AGA for the State-respondents and perused the record. 2. This bail application under Section 483 of B.N.S.S. has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Sanjay Pal, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 106 of 2024, under Sections 308(5), 317(2), 3(5) of B.N.S., 2023 and section 9(1)A, 25(2) of Arms Act, Police Station Mataundh, District Banda. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent; he has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number due to enmity and is languishing in jail since 04.08.2024; as per F.I.R. incident has taken place in the forest and there is no independent witness or any eye-witness of the alleged incident; as per F.I.R. no specific role has been assigned to the applicant; applicant has never met with informant and alleged recovery is a plan
