Heard Sri Gaurav Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Anit Kumar Shukla, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.813 of 2023, under Sections 147, 148, 504, 302 I.P.C., Police Station- Dhanghata, District- Sant Kabir Nagar, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The applicant is not named in the FIR and his name has come up later on in the statement of eye-witness Shravan Yadav. The said naming of applicant is an afterthought as the named accused persons are five in all.
