The present bail application under Section 483 B.N.S.S. has been filed on behalf of applicant, Deepak Singh, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 125 of 2024, under Section 8, 20, 60 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Police Station- Baburi, District- Chandauli. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that 62 kg & 620 gm. of Ganja is alleged to have been recovered from the possession of the applicant and three co-accused persons from two vehicle. In fact no such recovery was effected from the applicant.
