The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Wahid Alias Badhku, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 70 of 2023, under Sections 3(1) of U.P. Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station- Kannauj, District- Kannauj, during pendency of trial. 4. It is argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant has falsely been implicated in the present case.
