Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA for the State-opposite party and perused the record. 3. The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.355 of 2024, under Section 2/3 of the U.P. Gangsters and Antisocial Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station-Sahawar, District-Kasganj, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. He next submitted that according to the gang chart, four cases are shown against the applicant and in the said cases the applicant has been enlarged on bail.
