The instant bail application has been filed with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.208 of 2024, under Sections 8, 21 and 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, Police Station Chilkana, District Saharanpur during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the instant case. The false recovery of 12 gm smack has been shown from the applicant.
