This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Kishan Saroj, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 226 of 2024, under Sections 109, 317 (2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 3/25 Arms Act, Police Station Lalpur/Pandeypur, District Varanasi. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that accused- applicant is innocent person and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He next submitted that no recovery was made from the possession of the applicant. No test identification parade was got conducted by the Investigating Officer. He next submitted that co-accused Vikki @ Chandan Jaiswar has been granted bail by this Court in Criminal Misc. Bail Applicant No.42174 of 2024 vide order dated 02.01.2
