This bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Gopal Dubey, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No.550 of 2016, S.T. No.579 of 2016, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 272 of the Indian Penal Code and 60 Excise Act, 18/27 Drugs and Cosmetic Act, 1940, Police Station Chhibramau, District Kannauj. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 09.06.2204. He has criminal history of three cases which have been explained in para-3 of the supplementary affidavit and there is no likelihood of his fleeing from course of justice or tamper
