This bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Tauheed Khan Alias Munna, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No.613 of 2024, under Section 3/5/8 of U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, Police Station Sadar Bazaar, District Shahjahanpur. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 07.09.2024. It is also submitted that the co-accused Matloob Alias Guddu Qureshi, Mujeeb, Nadeem and Rubi having identical role have already been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 29.11.2024, 27.11.2024, 17.12.2024 and 08.01.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application Nos.4186
