The present bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been filed on behalf of applicant Sharif @ Lalu under Section 483 of The B.N.S.S.,2023, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.695 of 2024, under Section 2/3 Uttar Pradesh Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, registered at Police Station Kotwali Dehat, District Bulandshahr, during pendency of the trial. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. In gang-chart annexed as Annexure No. 2, one criminal case being case crime no.359 of 2204, under Sections 302 and 120B I.P.C., P.S. Kotwali Dehat, District Bulandshahr in which applicant has been enlarged on bail by coordinate Bench
